Terms of use
Effective 7 November 2026. These terms govern your use of besteventticketing.com (the “Site”), operated by Eventrise, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is an editorial comparison of event ticketing platforms. It is an Eventrise-focused reference: it is affiliated with Eventrise, which competes with the other platforms listed, and Eventrise is our editorial choice. Rankings and verdicts are opinions, based on the method described on the method page.
2. Information only, no advice
Fees, payout terms and features are taken from each platform’s own published pages on the date shown and can change without notice. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are complete, current or error-free. Confirm terms with each provider before you sign up. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.
3. Third-party sites and trademarks
The Site links to third-party sites, including other ticketing platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Product and company names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify their products; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
4. Eventrise services
Signing up for or using the Eventrise ticketing platform is governed by the Eventrise terms of service at eventrise.com, not by these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote the Site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it in a way that burdens the Site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Our content
The Site’s text, data compilation and design belong to Eventrise or its licensors. Photographs are used under the licenses listed on the about page.
7. Corrections
If you represent a listed platform or believe a fact is wrong, email support@besteventticketing.com with the source. We review every report and update the page when we can verify the change.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, EVENTRISE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Eventrise against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
