What matters for comedy clubs

Tables, not only rows

Clubs sell two-tops and four-tops near the stage and rows at the back. Many platforms only support general admission or theater rows. Check that the seat map can draw tables and price them by section.

Many shows a week

An early and a late show on Thursday to Saturday is six events a week. Event duplication and recurring dates save hours of setup.

Minimums and add-ons

A two-drink minimum or a food add-on should be visible at checkout, not a surprise at the table. Look for add-ons and custom checkout questions.

Cash flow between headliners

Headliner guarantees are paid on the night. Payouts after the event push that cost onto your own cash.

Questions

Can I sell tables with a minimum spend?

On Eventrise you draw tables on the seat map, price them by section, and add the minimum or a package as an add-on the buyer sees at checkout.

How do I run an early and a late show?

Create the first show, then duplicate it with a new time. Each show keeps its own seat map and sales.
