Questions and answers
Does reserved seating cost extra?
It depends on the platform. Some include seat maps on every event, some charge per seated ticket, and some require a higher plan. Eventrise adds $1 per seated ticket, shown to the buyer at checkout, with no setup fee.
What does a door team need?
Check-in that works on several phones without signal, walk-up sales on the same event as online sales, comps, and staff roles so a scanner cannot issue refunds.
